Hmm, so they're thoughts are they? Just a few buzz words but with no indication of what needs to be done to get things back on track.
I was pleased when we appointed MT so hope he's not beginning to lose his way already.
It's essential that we get a good result on Boxing Day or things could start getting really uncomfortable for the management team because our fans are notoriously fickle.

On a positive mellow. We can't be bottom of the table this year

"Our attacking and possession players are under too much pressure.'' Why? They are professional footballers, there's no such thing as too much pressure. They should be man enough to deal with it and looking at yesterdays performance they'd struggle in League 2 playing like they did. It's sounding like everything is the defence's fault when in reality it's a collective lack of team effort. They just went through the motions yesterday and it was piss poor.

''The structure of the team was not too bad'' - it was god damn awful that's why we lost. No bite up front, Scott High staying on and Lindsay off? Can we send High back to Huddersfield as he adds nothing to our midfield? As for watching both Rathbone and Kelly come down to pitch side 3 times only to return and sit back down and remove their tops was embarrassing. 10 whole minutes to make 2 subs?? Explain that one away.

Thought team selection and set up was rubbish against Bristol that’s a game we needed to win, only marginally better against West Brom, Cuffy cannot be a wing back ! He needs a full back behind him, Harding is not a centre back ? No football brain, was exposed several times yesterday but could play full back behind Cuffy ?
Can’t agree about High, without being exceptional in any way, is a good potential high energy midfielder with lots of promise ?
Problem with our midfield is no pace or power and in particular we are missing a left footer in there to provide balance and would be be better if he was strong in the air also !

Long term, might it be better reverting to a back 4?

We look rubbish with the back three formation

That could well be down to Harding not being a left sided player, he's not a centre back either. Much better right sided as a natural right back.
Missing Fergus on as well, experienced player that could do a job left side(for 50minutes)

We haven't got a natural left back in the squad. Ferguson he's a wide left player was not the player he was.

Have you wrote off your lad McCart? He’s a natural left back and that’s what Warne brought him in for.....but never used him.
