Happy New Year To All
Yes it's early, but I'm in the Cystic Fibrosis unit at City Hospital and might not be awake later, so I though I'd get it in while I can. Laptop Hooked up to 43" TV in my room ready for tomorrow.

Happy New Year to all on NCM. A very positive and upbeat message from the owners, as you would expect, I for one cannot wait to hear the new PA system, as the one at the moment is truly dreadful. COYP

Seasons ending in 3 have generally gone very well, promoted both 100 years ago (into the top flight) and 50 years ago (into the 2nd tier).
1982/83 was the most successful season since 1he 1920s (my first at Notts), 1992/93 saw Mick Walker replace Warnock and lead a charge from the bottom of the table to safety. 2002/03 Mark Stallard was top scorer in a comfortable season despite off the field issues.

I am sure some of you will remember in 1990, looking back on the play off match with Brighton,later after getting home and and the commentator said after Regis 3rd goal, Notts are not so much celebrating that goal but areturn to the first Division,
I want to hear it again, "Notts are not so much celebrating that goal but a return to the Football League"
Happy new year fellow Magpies, and lets hope its a good one for our football club, and for yourself , friends and family
