From what I've seen and read no other club in the NL prepares like Notts do physically and mentally. Ice baths and the like have been around for many many years...apart from in Wales where it's just arrived

-120degC is a bit mind boggling. And I'm not sure all extremities were covered from the description given. Maybe they'll come out from one session with all joints frozen solid and allow us to catch up.

‘If it’s like this at minus 60, what the hell is double that going to feel like?’

Someone doesn’t understand temperature scales! -120 Celsius is 153.15 Kelvin, and -60 Celsius is 213.15 Kelvin, where 0 Kelvin is absolute zero.

-120 degrees isn’t twice as cold as -60 degrees. What the bloke said is meaningless.

I much prefer Mr F's definitions, at least he knew there was something below freezing, and appreciated that 180 is divisiible by lots more numbers than 100.

But he still can't make -184 °F twice as cold as -76 °F. I wonder how Rankine would get on?

Olie Palmer's a big ol' lad, but looking at his nether-regions coming out of the cryo chamber thingy, they could do with some thermal protection down there for, sure (poor sods)....
