    Refund for travelling fans

Just wondered but you see some clubs/players reimburse travelling fans as a gesture when the team has performed to a certain poor level or got beat heavily.just wondered as regards last night where that tally’s….

Yes I know MT made it quite clear well before the game about selection but even so still got to ask questions…

Clarkey, so when you go abroad expecting sunshine and it pisses it down do you ask for a refund from your travel agent?

In football there are bound to be upsets with poor team selections/ under staffing etc and that's exactly where we are and were last night. Leaving several key players on the bench as subs last night was the right thing to do. Why risk injury to any of them, albeit they all came off the bench in the second half, in a no win game had they started.

It's done it's over with and we move on. It's not like we had to win to stay up, now that would have hurt

No need to go in head height and a poor Analogy because I was not asking for anything.but a return gesture.I was just provoking thoughts about it,and was asking was is the bar where that would come into the reckoning.I would just browse lazily through the transfer threads instead.but hey look what happened there.!.

It wasn't a personal dig just a different analogy of when things go wrong pal. As for a bar reference I'd say it's a non starter. It was what it was. Had it been a total true hammering at 10-0 with no one trying, then I'd expect a massive backlash at everyone involved with the team.

You don't see fans organising a whip around to pay players extra after a big win, so god knows why anyone would expect the inverse.

It’s probably not necessary but a nice gesture as you allude to
Players are more likely to be able to afford it compared to Joe Public

Besides which amongst a squad of say 20 players on the bus it would only be £1 each for BotN…I’m gestin . Credit to the 187 or so who went

Only 6k at 30 quid each for 200 fans. Less than 3 day's pay for TE

All the years, around 60 plus I've travelled watching The Millers in rain, sleet, snow, and ice. Watching them lose Never have I wanted re-embursing with cash . That's part of being a Miller supporter. Had some great days and some sad, but always been glad.
