    Florist playing at Meadow Lane

I see our friends over the river played their B team game against Arsenal on Monday at the Lane. Does anyone know if they will be doing this for all their games or if it was a 1 off?
Maybe it is quid pro quo for our use of the training ground or are they having problems with their new pitch?

Presumably them playing at ML has somehow helped save us from financial ruin once again. We should be forever grateful.

Let's hope their main stand doesn't burn down again.

It's not a one-off but they're splitting home matches between ML and Alfreton Town's ground.

That match was free to view on Youtube actually. No, I didn't watch it either.

I think it's part of the deal for us using their old training ground at Lady Bay.

Seems fair enough. If it keeps costs down i’d say it’s a good deal.

I suspect that Notts have an agreement to protect the pitch so if a load of rain Forest can play on Alfretons 4G.
