    Super Blue Moon

A super blue moon was supposed to rise tonight and I’ve got to say that it was HUGELY disappointing,it looked just like last nights normal moon (probably) and the next one won’t be until 2037 but I won’t be crossing off the days in anticipation I can tell you,I blame the Tories

It wasn’t even blue never mind super blue,it was kinda moon coloured, just your normal everyday moon coloured, how could they sell me a dream then cruelly take it away when stood outside in my back garden looking up at a normal coloured moon,it’s no wonder that 6EQ has gone into hiding

Chalky must be colour blind - "It wasn’t even blue never mind super blue,it was kinda moon coloured, just your normal everyday moon coloured." If a red squirrel were to jump on his crotch and devour his nuts he'd swear it was just a grey one.

I don’t get your point yoonited,I’ve heard of a blue moon so I’m presuming that it exists and a super blue moon I suspect would be more vivid,if the moon looks exactly the same has it has done for the past god knows how long then it ain’t a blue moon never mind a super blue moon
If a squirrel did jump on me then it would be grey one no matter what shade of chestnut the locals have sprayed it for the gullible southerners and their wallets coz they don’t exist

Those same gullible southerners who spent all Wednesday night gazing at the moon and actually expecting it to appear a different colour.

Unlike its name suggests, a blue moon is not named after the colour and instead refers to the second full moon in one calendar month.
Most months only have one full moon, so a second is quite a rare event, occurring approximately once every two or three years.

This has got to be the most outrageous bit of false advertising that I’ve ever come across, why call it a blue moon if it’s not blue and then claim that there’s even a better super blue moon,so the moon is only ever one colour then,a silver moon let’s call it,then why the chuff is the moon orange in Cumbria going by the photos in the link, you bloody lot just can’t help yourselves can you, first it’s the squirrels and now the moon, you Cumbrians will colourise anything just to get the punters up to Cumbria and relieve them of their hard earned cash, absolutely outrageous
