I’ve just listened to his latest Radio Sheffield interview - and he says the players have to be BRAVER.

Duff was overly guarded when compared to Ismael - IMO if Duff had been a bit braver we would have won a few of the final games and finished in the Top 2.
But Collins has taken this to another level.
And it obviously is Collins that’s doing this.
It’s not the player’s fault.

The players don’t suddenly start passing the ball sideways and backwards like they have been doing if the instructions have not come from the top i.e. the head coach.
I believe he still has time to turn it around - and I hope he does.

As yet this season I’ve not seen any team in the 1st Division that could live with Barnsley if we reverted to the playing strategy which the club is known for.
