I am interested - it is a Cup competition and brings in revenue. We have a more important game on Saturday but if we can play well it
will boost our confidence, not only for the players but the supporters as well.It is also a chance to get more experience and for those who don't
play regularly to get a game under their belts.

I think barrie has explained it very succinctly in post 5. Causing confusion BT is a speciality of mine. I thought you knew!

I never present pre-match reports in the Carabou Cup until the later rounds.

I do not expect to need to write one for the next round. I'm sure Dyche will see us off tonight.

Surely all true Clarets will be excited at the prospect of playing Sean Dyche's Everton in the Carabao Cup. What's not to savour???

I hope he rests his favourites and starts with players who we think should be playing and that they beat Everton like they did Forest.
