Going to spend money, billions of it, on transport infrastructure the north actually needs, instead of the HS2 White Elephant. Probably too late to save them at the next election, but it's a step in the right direction, first sensible thing I've heard out of a Tory gob since Boris was extolling the benefits of Brexit.
