    Non contract players

    I do realise that this is not the answer but why would we not consider Lingard or Dele Ali. At least they know what is needed at this level and should help the current incumbents. I think they might be non contract players as are available

    Gary Cahill - Johnny Evans - maybe or another centre back with real experience

    I'll have a double of whatever you are on army88. Golden Oldies are not the answer, 4-2-3-1 is the answer with two defensive holding midfielders and stop fannying about at the back.
