They should be relegated, due to their cheating of the system Burnley and Leeds were relegated and lost millions in revenue as a result.

Anyone else think it would have been 20 points for Leeds?

will be interesting if Chelsea or Citeh get a deduction. Chelsea self reported. Citeh has fought every allegation in court.

If I'm everton I'm really happy with this. they will stay up

I was under the impression that if Everton were found guilty and penalised, that both Burnley and Leeds would seek some kind of legal redress, given that if the sanction had been imposed before the end of last season (entirely do-able if the footballing authorities could find their ar5e with both hands, which seems beyond them!) either or both clubs would still be in the Premiership.

As it is, Everton will now be on -6 points, 12 points adrift of safety with almost a third of the season played.

If Burley and Leeds do go to m'learned friends, and given the above, I'd not want to be a toffies supporter right now
