    Tom Lockyer

Luton captain Tom Lockyer collapsed on the pitch during their game in the 65th minute.

Game abandoned with the players taking to the pitch to applaud the fans and the Luton manager appearing very emotional.

    Man, hope he pulls through.

Just for it to happen once would be awful, that’s the 2nd time he’s collapsed in a match now.

Seems to be alert and responsive in hospital thankfully! Amazing work by the medical teams… applause all round!

Luton confirming a cardiac arrest but he's in hospital and stable -great news. With this being the second time, you'd think he won't play again (not that he'll be thinking about that right now).

100% appaluse to the medical team, also to ROb Edwards - straight onto the pitch to move the players away so the medics could get on with their jobs without a crowd around them.

I don't see how he plays again, not with it happening twice.

Seems he suffers from A/Fib which is exactly what I have, I'm surprised he was cleared to play PL football ?

Usually with Atrial Fibrillation the biggest threat is Stroke caused by blood clots forming in the heart.
