    Hugill scores for Burton

Must be Jordan's son and much better . Joking (?) aside if Derby are the benchmark for League 1 i don't think i want to watch that level of football again. Surely Tony can see that failure to strengthen this month is going to result in us dropping to that standard of awful football again.

How can Burton get a young prospect like that on loan from man utd, youth cup winner and seen as a future star, and we can't?? That is not money that is about our recruitment. You cannot say that a young lad like that wouldn't improve our striking options, with pace and can finish. Remember our manager says we do not have enough up front.

Seriously? Viktor alone proves a point.

I thought we just has a young Premiership prospect on loan who proved Championship football is a step too far and he got 'lambasted' by most of our fans?

The fact that people on here don't think international players from premier league academies aren't good enough for us, doesn't address the point I am raising. Wolves called him back because they weren't happy, I don't think the fans comments had an impact. My point is half way through the transfer window and no additions to the weakest squad we have had for years (yes injuries are a big factor), in fact our club has lost players. We are told everyone is working hard and yet other teams can get some additions in. It doesn't stack up, but I know some just don't see anything wrong, we all see things differently

100 % agree with you derby. Problem is this board is populated by Tony Stewart sycophants.

I see what you are saying in general but the lad in question has been on loan at Altrincham where he scored once and has just moved to Burton and scored one goal tonight. Does that make him better than the 4 we already have up top?

Could be Dexter Lembikisa asked his parent club to take him back, & try & find another club.

Mo Faal asked to leave Doncaster Rovers this week, so parent club W.B.A. fetched him back, then sent him to Walsall.

I agree Timber.I watched most of it and you can visibly see the difference in standard from what we are competing with week in,week out. It's slower.less technical and less athletic but I guess because we haven't been involved for nearly 2 years, you kind of forget. That's the reason we yo yo,on a plate,on TV, last night.
