Grist, I hold my hand up and retract the Ref got it wrong, he was spot on. He did indeed get the tackle correct and let the play carry on. It was those behind closed doors that messed it up telling him to give a straight red. I've added the VAR audio playback as proof, enjoy it.

Although it’s been rescinded,it still stays on his record so in effect if he gets another red card later on he could end up with an extra game ban for it being his second red card.can they make anymore stupid rules at the moment.!.
