    Worth A Punt ?

    Femi Azeez at Reading,attacking midfielder/striker,sweet left foot,young,scored a few goals,and plays for a club in the sh*t,worth a cheeky bid ?

    They've already started cost cutting in order to pay the wages, they sold someone last week I do believe. Don't know much about the player in order to comment to be honest.

    If the club is really cost cutting then maybe it's time to look at how many are employed behind the scenes that don't directly impact on first team activities

    Them people behind the scenes are the real work horses of any club, that ones that never get a mention most probably fans of the club. I’d rather set loose the players who have no affiliation with the club and there hearts not in it with there decent pay packets than someone who is trying to feed a family.

    Maybe

    But the number of behind the scenes employees need to be closely connected to the core of the club, ie surviving in the football league

    Totally agree. Get rid of the mercenaries and look to sign those that come across as genuine willing to offer something. How about home grown lower league players and build form there? It's no shame and may well prove dividends in the future. Let's take a step back and rebuild.
    Stay proud, stay solvent and provide football others will return to watch. That's my dream blueprint for the club.
