White shorts

I liked the white shorts with the home shirt combination. , but the white shorts made a couple of our players look a little rotund.

I thought they looked awful. They have a black panel on them that, from some angles, makes the players look as though they're not wearing shorts at all, but running around in their shirt tails.

White shorts are very bad luck for Notts, the three seasons we've had them as 1st choice with the stripes we've been relegated twice (1994/95 and 2014/15) and the other was the near miss Thordarsson season (2005/06).

Does anybody remember when we briefly tried yellow socks at home!!! I think it was only for one or two games during the disastrous 1996/97 season.

Without Pirlo Palmer we don't need White Shorts and then only with Blue Azzuri shirts .
Remarkable facts about " unlucky " strips but quite true.
I remember the white shirts season of the early 60's nice but not traditional or lucky.

Exactly this and the reason why we should never ever wear white shorts with the home shirts in any game! Painful memories indeed!!
