Not many South Coast towns on this list. Mind you, would you trust a list compiled by somebody who can't even spell Morecambe?

I saw a recent list of the 20 worst places to live in the UK and the majority of them (17 I think) were in the South and surprisingly 4 or 5 were in Devon and Cornwall.

Surprised to see Solihull on that list.
I worked there quite a few years ago and it was very affluent

Yes, and some of the London Boroughs are pretty grim. Lewisham, Tower Hamlets, Brixton to name just three.
