Sky coverage problems

I bought a £14.99 day pass and am now asking for a refund. Coverage at end of first half went off and an apology came on screen. Had to reboot a couple of times. End of second half similar story. Got an announcement that coverage would resume soon but never did. Reboot did not work. Get on to them yourselves if this happened to you and let them know it's not just me!! All the hype about their scintillating coverage and it doesn't work properly.

Same here twice both times all I did was close app get back onto it straight away select our game coverage restored. Took no more than 1 min.

I tried them a few seasons ago, with our sky games. Absolutely awful.

I think I had one game where I got the first half plus a bit of the second and another game hardly anything at all, just sporadic connection and a lot of frustration.

I tried to get a refund and got nothing.
That was when it was £9.99.

I considered getting a pass yesterday but just reminded myself of the last time and didn't bother.

I unsuccessfully attempted to record the game as I couldn't watch it live. Anyone else have the same issue?
