    Just watching the Damned United

In the intro the old footage of 70's footie would, by today's standards have seen most teams ending up playing 5 a side. Ah, the good old days when norman Hunter and Billy bremner could kick sh!t out of the opposition and just get a wagging finger from the ref. From what BT has said he was in the same category

Sheen is incredible, you could be watching the real Brian Clough, and if you shut your eyes you could swear you were listening to him.

Filmed at Saltergate, Chesterfield due to the resemblance with the Baseball Ground in Derby.

I got a 12 month suspension from the LFA for headbutting a referee in a changing room. How fair was that?

On another note I remember a game at Turf Moor in around 1967/8 when Brian O'Neil took out Bremner & Giles in the space of about two minutes. I loved that guy.

I miss the magic sponge which the physio would run onto the pitch with after a particularly “vicious” tackle that enabled the injured player to perform a flying header into the goal 30 seconds later

Andy Lochhead being the perfect example.
