    NUFC vs Spurs

    Right then.

Crowd will be up for it and I reckon the players will be too.

Hopefully we see the Newcastle United we know we're capable of being.

Think it might be Kelly in for Hall...bit more height and physical presence.

This will determine if the fight is in the dogs and not just barking with no bite.
I hope we make a statement of intent.

Kelly back at left back and Longstaff starts and still no sign of Vlachodimos on the bench

Might be wrong but spurs have had midweek off as they are playing in Europe sometime later in the year that seems very fair to me don’t want them getting tired with the international break next week

I'll give Kelly a bye for the Bournemouth game as it's his old club and as a team we played below par.
As for Longstaff, whilst he's not in a superstar bracket, he does offer a lot of graft and guile that goes unseen a lot of the time because focus is on other more entertaining players.
Longstaff is more of a fall guy for most part and a tiny bit part hero in sporadic periods to the eye.
I like him and also he's a home grown talent but not a player to take us to another level.
