When Paul Carrack comes to town , you know it’s going to be a good night. He’s been in the business 50 years or more,and this tour celebrated that fact. He went through all the songs we came to hear, and halfway through , a special guest came on in the shape of local boy Andy Fairweather Low. The full house were ecstatic ,while he performed hits from his solo career , singing along to every word, and he also went further back ,with songs from his days with Amen Corner.Allin all a great night, and a real feel good factor , by the end of the evening. When Paul Carrack says he’s really grateful to the audience for coming to see him and his band, he means it. How long ,will his shows keep going on ?!!

Vastly underrated musician who most people only think he sang lead vocals on How Long but he’s far more talented than that,he came to my attention when Squeeze released Tempted and I thought how different the lead vocalist sounded and read that it was Carrack and let’s not forget thst he’s also the lead vocal on Mike and the Mechanics Living Years,,never thought about seeing him live so maybe I should look into it

You should look into it. He sang “ Tempted” amongst the list of songs he did. I agree with your comments, he really is a top musician, and also well respected in the music industry.
