    Machine Head - Deep Purple

    When my (much) older brothers left home a number of LPs got left behind and Machine Head was one of them. This baby got played over and over again on my old turntable. Fan bloody tastic. What an album. Machine Head - released March 1972.

    I played "What's Going On" until the grooves got smoothed out. The album & content are amazingly more relevant today than it was yesterday.

    Oldies but goodies eh warminster? The music was great too!

    One of my mates in our walking group was the tour manager for deep purple in the seventies.
