Pink strips

Ok, I'm old fashioned, blue is for boys, pink is for.girls. Not "PC but do I give a sh1t? No.

Thing is, why are so many clubs adopting pink strips? Some kind of gesture politics? Appearing to be "right on"? There are any number of colours, literally an entire spectrum, so why the current obsession with pink (and not just in football, rugby is equally infected)?

And has anyone analysed the results of those teams playing in pink?

Not scientific in any sense but of the three teams playing in pink this evening, one drew, two lost.

Yes, agree. I would never ever wear a pink strip or a rainbow armband.
