    New CL format

I’ve just found myself switching channels from Livarpool v Leipzig as the game is about to start to watch Boro v Seff Utd.

I think that sums up nicely how exciting the new CL format is …..imagine if there was a Super League…?!

I assume the super league would look something like this CL with a changing of a few clubs.

On that note, Jammy, much as our owners would want us to be, I'd have zero interest in us being in a lrague with that bunch of corrupt cunts.

    Completely agree.

Things like Bournmouth beating Arsenal for example is what makes the prem interesting.

Haven’t watched a single champions league game this season… so many pointless matches to sit through at this stage.

At least in the old group stages, every point mattered! And you had the top seeds in each group playing each other twice!

If they’re sticking with such a big competition, I’d love to see a proper cup tournament!

One game knock out - anyone could be drawn against anyone… see some true giant killings at you have to turn up to every game.

I know the ‘big clubs’ won’t go for it, how dare they not make the latter stages of any competition because they’ve been given an unfair advantage with a seeding system.

But let teams like Newcastle have the joy of knocking out PSG, Villa dumping Bayern and watch some European minnows send shockwaves through a competition as the big names fall.

The KO tournament doesn't generate enough money for the Crooks who run UEFA & the scum at Real Madrid etc .

Oh, of course it’ll never happen… but I think it would be a great spectacle if it did.

It would be great to see. Jeopardy, risk / reward.

Sadly that's the last thing the crooks and fraud cartel at home and in Europe want actual competition.

This is a great example of what’s wrong with football today. That format would prioritize sporting integrity over money - something we all know is a thing of the past.
