    Guehi

Looks like we are signing him!
Put a bid in at least, and seems he's keen.

Good signing, albeit a bit expensive.

Him, the young Sheffield Striker and a top RW and then we are rocking.

He's a very good player... would be quite the statement if we got him.

You aren't getting a player like this for less than the quoted price these days.

Full England International, gonna be a mainstay in the coming years after an excellent tournament in Germany, a real.shinong light. Thiaw is a quality player but the Italian press/pundits I've heard do long form interviews say he has lapses in concentration which over the last season cost Milan at crucial moments.

Guehi is expensive but worth the money, as you said Tut, certainly not gonna complain if we do sign him.

Potentially newcastle's lb,rb & 1 of the cbs will all start for England at the world cup in North America. Hall, Tino & Guehi (if he signs) will be our back line for seasons to come and bar any dumb managerial politics, they'll constitute 3/4 England positions too.

That is a massive PR boost for the club. More internationals at major tournaments, more commentary mentioning the famous auld club from Newcastle-upon-Tyne.

We will see a lot more Newcastle players in the England squad now that Southgate has gone
