    Another allotment of Dundee Football Club Limited shares issued

    According to the Companies House website 10,666,667 Dundee Football Club Limited shares were issued on 4th November 2024 to Gordon Strachan. https://find-and-update.company-info...filing-history
    This brings the total number of Dundee Football Club Limited shares issued to Gordon Strachan in respect of his consultancy agreement to 24,888,889.
    At 1.35p each this equates to a total payout to date of £335,999.73.

    Interesting transaction. Only makes sense if there is a real prospect of DFC being worth something, other than some tax benefits via offsetting losses.

    Or it could be a back door way opportunity for an interested third party to purchase a % shareholding by purchasing Gordon Strachan’s entire share holding in Dundee Football Club Limited.
    I reckon that issuing shares to Gordon Strachan per his consultancy agree saves Tim Keyes having to put an extra £336,000 into the Dundee Football Club Limited bank account and it reduces the operating losses.

    I was surprised that there was no mention about this latest share transaction on the DBF.
