Only needs 100,000 to be considered by Parliament but now over 1 million.

No chance of success, though, the Labour government has too big a majority and in any case, they seem to be oblivious to criticism. They have the full term to wreck the country.

It’s obvious that blatant lies were told in order to get elected. How then can the public trust Starmer and his party in the future. Not only that but the Chancellor herself has appeared to lie on her CV. After all the problems with the Tory party where does this leave politics in this country?

Few points to make about this thread:

I think labour politicians (and those tory ones from the past) should face some sort of consequences or be charged when they lie to the public.. and they should be made an example of.

I still can?t get over the fact Truss will get a lifetime salary, same as Sunak. You should only get this if you?ve been elected in and not chosen by the party.

Why do these grifters go into politics in the first place? For the money, power.. i just don?t get it. Does it matter who is in charge? While we fight amongst tory and labour.. does it make a difference? We?re not winning in any way.

Any for those calling for a re-election due to the amount of lies.. ffs short memories eh. Maybe we should hold a new referendum on the EU? yes? No?? I don?t think you would.
