    Newcastle v Leicester

Dubravka, Livramento, Schar, Burn, Hall; Bruno, Joelinton, Tonali; Gordon, Murphy, Isak. We all knew it Dubravka starts at least Longstaff is benched, would have liked to see Trippier or Targett come in in defence to add some experience at full back, wonder if Osula will actually get off the bench today.

Probably the strongest outfield 11 we could field.

Be interesting to see the players' reactions if/when they score. Against Liverpool, all 3 made gestures towards the crowd which, personally, I don't think is very clever or helpful.

Not saying they were having a go at them per se but, like it or not, optics are important-more so when things aren't going well.

We're getting to the stage where patience has run out for some and that always ends up with someone shouting at particular players or the manager and others having a go back at them. Will get uncomfortable if we concede first.

All depends which NUFC show up.

True. Sign of the times and its when the team isnt playing well that you guage the quality of the clubs support.
Newcastle support has passed its hay day a while back unfortunately.

Aye-it's one thing sounding off in the pub or online but, if you're going to the game, the clue is in the word 'supporter'.

That's not to say you can't criticise but it's not as if it's Pardew, Bruce etc.

On that wider point, I think all clubs have seen a shift in support that basically mirrors changes in society. And not in a good way.

Same old story. No quality at RW in this squad.

He might be the one, but now he?s joint second in team g+a stats:
    Isak 8+4
    Barnes 5+1
    Murphy 2+4
    Gordon 3+2.

If we keep Barnes and Murphy (given first team RW is signed) then we have a decent backup and strength from the bench.
    Almiron should go, I think
