    City v Brentwood.

An attractive game even if its park football, City v Brentwood harks back to the hey day of football in the 60s, Brentwood were a force, a sort of Tottenham.

Had a look on the website, no banner headline where it sez CITY V Brentwood TONIGHT. No. I had to go to the match centre where theres a poster thing with the fixture and kick off time and thats it.

No review by the manager, team news, injuries, prospects, nothing, not important apparently. Not interested in informing the fans or getting more fans.

You can book a ticket, it says a big crowd is expected.

Big? For park football?. 442 last time, funny that, no news on formations. 150 Milton Roaders, if any are left standing, plus sawstoners, how many?

The big crowd thing is of course blarny, its trying to manufacture interest, wot woz missing was get here early, an old trick.

Games under lights are good, id say there will be a few more, something like 448.

One of Curetons last games, City will lose, his interviews are of a bloke a bit over whelmed, or not up to it, thats his demeanor. Might be wrong hey ho, City 1 Brentwood 4. Am i going no, i will though.

322, ive always been an optimist. Has Cureton a contract? 5 points off relegation to Wisbeches league, an improvement on Nightingales worst, which was a point off a relegation spot.

Should i be grateful,? you bet. The next stop might be the eastern counties league though, Ely, Heachem, Downham, Parson Drove.
