Transfer Window cash for BFC ?

With thanks to BBS poster Exile, a qualified accountant, who has seen that a notification of a further BFC cash injection via a share issue has been notified on the Hong Kong Registry. It apparently takes around two weeks for the actual amount to be declared.
The purpose of the cash injection is not known and it is not known whether the dates of the transfer window are coincidental to the raising of cash but summat to do wi brass is happening.

Lets hope it is to pay for an extensive advertising campaign with a view to selling the club.

Time they made some cutbacks because this raising capital through share creation simply cannot continue much longer .

Heading for a dark place if things don't change .

Although in mi working life I ended up as an employer of 24 people - and now my business partner has taken that up to 55 employees - I never understood money or accounts or shares.
Thankfully I have a brother with businesses here and Toronto that does understand money.

So I?m not coming at this shares thing with any level of expertise - quite the opposite - but as someone looking in from the outside - it very much looks like Neerav has a plan - is fully committed to the club - and is pumping ???millions into the club so he can get overall control.
Nothing happening much at the club right now because obviously he hasn?t got the control he needs.
But you don?t need to be a rocket scientist to see that if someone is pumping ???millions into the club and not yet doing anything with it - then there?s definitely something coming down the line when he gets the share control he needs.

Neerav has had control of the club since Lee and Conway were sacked from the board .

He's further gained control because Lee and Conway haven't taken up the share roll outs , meaning every time a share issue is raised , Lee and Conway's stake in the club is even more diluted .

They are pumping millions in to the club to sustain its financial existence and prevent us from going out of business .

The only thing coming down the line is Neerav walking away when he gets pyssed off with pouring money down the drain every month .

As said previously - I ain?t a clue about shares - but I can?t see someone pumping millions in to keep the club going - and then on top of that pumping millions in to buy shares - only then to just walk away.

For me - that equates to someone with a purpose that has a target in mind.

They?ve clearly made mistakes in their time owning the club and evidence suggests they?ll make many more but I don?t think anyone can argue with the amount of money they have put in to the club.

The money Neerav and Co have been "pumping in" has been in the form of shares Nudge. BFC spend the money it has cost Neerav for the shares and Neerav has a fistful of Share Certificates which any new owners would have to buy from him at whatever agreed price. I have not seen reports of any separate money coming directly from Neerav's personal pocket as a direct injection of cash

    Yeah I wish Shad.
But we're constantly told that we're stuck with them, as there are apparently no other people who might be interested in buying the club.
Well surely they should do the decent thing at least, and put it up for sale.
Then we'll see for ourselves if there are any other 'options' out there!. 😧

I can?t see Neerav selling the club.
It?s his baby now - and he loves it.
So why should he sell ???
    I have every confidence in:
    Neerav
    JAQ
    James and Jean Cryne

However, im not sure about DC and Sormaz.
But even if these two fail to deliver - Neerav and the board will get the appointees right at some point.
