    Rovers fan

    Thoughts on the game

    "Officials are getting worse
Take nothing away, that was a good result but it could of been better had it not of been for stevie wonder being the ref today.
    He went to pieces.
Gave a wrong penalty for leeds
Didn't give a rightful penalty for us and to top it off Didn't send the leeds player off for the deliberate handball.
I know it works in circles so hopefully we get a few decisions against Burnley."

I tend to believe him ,what's your thoughts?

He isn't wrong Ampundu knew what he was doing and that was a very soft penalty nothing in it joseph made the most of it even convincing the ref who was hesitant to give it. But like he said comes and goes as we have had our fair sure of crap decisions

Not entirely wrong, but I’m pretty sure we’ve mostly been on the wrong end of dodgy decisions in other games.

Maybe if Blackburn had shown an ounce of footballing skill and commitment instead of time wasting and "robust" aka dirty play I'd feel an iota of sympathy but they didn't and I don't.

Refs are human. I know they aren't supposed to but I think WTF's observation is a factor in the penalty decision. it was such as boring and stilted match he probably was a bored as the spectators who forked over good money for that lousy display.

The game opened up massively after that.

I really hope that team doesn't make the playoffs. It would be a crime for the sport to have that squad up in the prem. They make big sams bolton look like a offensive juggernaut. Their coach is an asshat. Over there running around and yelling like someone had given him ex lax and he was waiting for an open stall at the restroom.

He kind of reminded me of Ted. Except marsh had more tactical skill and control of his bowels than this guy.

I agree. I thought it was a penalty actually. Ironic the complaints when we get something. By our standards I'm surprised we got it.
Horrible performance from Blackburn. Spoil, foul, waste time, nothing else. Well drilled I guess.
Thought ref favoured them numerous times.
