griff - would it be permitable with you if mullen were to post comments about football from northernsoul on here. I know you banned him but i think he has some useful contributions to make to the debate. It would just be football comments and definately not politics. And we could keep them to a perspecifc thread called "northernsoul comments" or something

chaincey - i see then i am guessing griff is staying quite here because he doesnt want to say no but saying yes might get in him trouble with footymad. But as he hasnt said no then seems like its not a problem

mullen - a hypocrate is something who says not to do something then does it themselves. I dont think his views on the trust are worth much as he is biased as he was banned but that doesnt mean they shouldnt be posted. But what i am really interested in is his take on the piaktaks as he was one of the only people against them at the point of takeover so guessing he has some interesting things to say. Not that I will definately agree with what he says though but thats the bewty of debate

northernsoul - if you are reading here please maybe write your thoghts on what has gone wrong under the piataks and then mullen will post them here

Instead of Mullen putting NS thoughts on here (in which he has showed little interest in doing btw) cannot you just do NS secretarial work instead,besides if NS wanted to post on here I am sure that he could easily find a way to do so despite his red card

I am not a WUM but even if I was then surely a moderator should answer a question if someone asks a question about how he wants the forum to be moderatored. Unless they are being smarter by not answering as I have explained above
Mullen has posted NS thoughts on thebuzz previously he can now do it here. And by having a dedicated thread there will be no doubts about what are his thoughts and what are NS thoughs as there as been some confusion on that point also

This is a messageboard, a forum, on which registered users can post. They can write whatever they like within the limits of decency and legality and it’s not my place to tell them what to submit, that would be a breach of trust. Chalky is right, DSG potted Northernsoul after a complaint; I’ve tended to moderate with a light hand. Which brings me back to your original post - it was ultimately pointless.

If NS tells us what he thinks via Mullen and it sparks a good debate then I think even griff would aknowledge it was not pointless. That ofcourse depends on both Mullen and NS coperation but the ball is in there court now
