    Come on Carlisle

I had no direct experience of a relegation scrap but with Wales I never had the luxury of being allowed to lose games,I was under pressure to even win the friendlies

He needs to hit the ground running but I’ll give him today as he’s only taken training for 2 sessions and has no experience of our games.

If he an get our lads doing this on the pitch it’ll be a start: https://youtu.be/k6LvYRab2U8?si=6WtXcmnq6R5dA2pj
