    Barrow

Poor away side?? But so were Accrington and Newport!!
Light at the end of the tunnel? I bet not for tomorrow. Perhaps a couple of returnees in the next couple of games? But Ryan Dicker suggested up to 5 by Chesterfield!
I understand dissembling to put off the opposition but misleading fans that possibly things are getting better soon and then nothing happening is counter-productive.
The last 4 games have produced much better football. Unfortunately the good footballing approach has produced no end product. Holicek must start adding scoring to his all-round game if he is to get anywhere. If Tabs plays, please play him as a right winger so that he can reproduce his performance against the Gills (but with end product!!)
I don't know about Barrow but I can't see the Alex scoring more than 1, if that! However, it is a MUST WIN game if the season is not to end early for us.

Well, well, well! Connor Thomas on the bench...er that's it! Again, all the hints, the "light at the end of the tunnel", etc. All lies!
Can't go today. Will I miss anything?

On occasions like this I love being wrong! Great to see some good football and see our academy lads do the business. Tabs, Sanders and Powell have head a tremendous game.

Only caught 2nd half, a lot better, balanced side. Tom a division above, has made all the difference. Good job no VAR at this level the penalty was way outside the box, we were lucky. 4700 crowd, good against Barrow (did they bring a few?). Played 33, so at least 7th in the table. Hopefully a point a Chesterfield, before a really touch March fixture list, I think 5 x games. That is the test to see where we are for the end-of-season push!

    Great performance today.

O'Riordan and Lowery - looks like being 2 shrewd signings.

Great to see Moore, Agius and Roberts all brought on as subs.

Yes, seeing it on the telly Thibaut was a good couple of yards outside the box. Surprised Barrow didn't make that point.
Another great game from our new winger, Tabiner😉. Agius also showed himself in a better light playing wide right. Is this the new way to improve performances, shove midfielders out to the wing? Long may it continue - I've always liked good ball-playing wingers.

It was a great game almost harking back to the Dario days. By my reckoning 10 of those who played inc subs were 21 or under, future looks good

Not a couple of yards surely, just watched and it was closer than I'd expected, may or may not have been about on the line at edge of box by the time he clipped him, hard to say. OTOH the defender clearly was the last man, which was what we were debating at the time in the ground, the other gut racing back wasn't level with him and Thibaut yet. Maybe the ref (who by and large was about the best we've had so far) was thinking it was close for the pen or a free kick, and didn't want to send off/book a man who might be shown not to have been in the box when he watched it later!

Double jeopardy rule. No sending off for “last man” AND a penalty.
That’s why KLB shouldn’t have been sent off.

Indeed but JKL a yellow would have been OK, and similarly on Saturday.
