They have won the cup more often than us, but not since 1893
Glasgow giants Queen's Park travel up the road to Aberdeen on Saturday for a Scottish Cup tie, with battle commencing at 12:30pm.
Not wanting to be a jinx, but Queen's Park have yet to beat Aberdeen in the Scottish Cup after eight meetings (6 Dons wins and 2 draws). Last time out in 1964, goals from Bobby Hume and an extra time winner from Dave Smith gave the Dons a 2-1 win at Hampden after a 1-1 draw at Pittodrie.
It's live on BBC Television. Watching the game on mute is recommended, with frequent mentions of Darvel and the team Queen's Park knocked out in the last round expected.
I fancy the Dons to prevail, but it won't be pretty. 2-1 after extra time.

A nice distraction from the league and a good chance to get to another sem final.
Maybe we can be more than a bridesmaid this year.

A couple of pints afterwards and hopefully celebrating a win.
2-0 - Dabbagh and Morris
Please no start for Okkels.
Don't like players to do badly, but could get messy for him if he keeps starting and offering nothing to the team.
Watch him score the winner now!!
A tough game ahead, but I predict our number 9 to do the business with a late winner.
1-0 Nisbet.
Can see us easily taking care of these Glasgow giants.
Going for a comfortable 3-0 win to the good guys, with Kevin Nisbet scoring his first hattrick for the dons.

I would like to think players like Okkels and MacKenzie will not be starting the match.
I have given Shinnie a bit stick of late but I think he was a real positive player for the Dons when he came on against Dundee United.
Morris should be starting on the right with Keskinen on the left wing.
If we go about this match professionally and not lazy then we will have too much for them.
I will predict a 4-0 win for THE LAZY DONS
Obviously never going to happen, but I don't think we should be starting with Nilsson on Saturday, He probably needs a break and given how he was playing at the end of last year I would like to see Polvara getting some game time. Palaversa and Polvara in the "2" Shady Mo deserves another start, Keskinen on the left, Shinnie at LB, Nisbet and Dabbagh. Surely to F that would be more of a threat, although Clarkson probably deserves a start as well after yesterday. If we are going to have most of the ball that's probably a game for him. ANyone know how long Devlin is out for?
Was told Devlin will be back for Saturday
How truthful that is I have no idea.
If Devlin is back I'd have him at RB and Jensen in the middle with Palaversa just to see if that could work. Think Polvara has been out to long to start.
Folk will say we can't muck about with the line up for a big game, but we can never be sure how we are going to play regardless who is picked.
I don't dislike Nilsen, but he is toiling at the moment.
Davidson plays one way and we know it's going to be a sh*tshow of a game and we will need energy in the midfield to break them down.
Grandson is being encouraged by me to support his local team. Although he was born in Paisley, Queens Park play just along the road. At the start of the World Cup last summer, this was his contribution:
During Flower of Scotland:
"Mum, is that Paisley?"
"No, it's Scotland"
"Is it the Spiders?"
"No, it's Scotland"
"Oh. Go Aberdeen!"
One tries one?s best.
Ive got a baby on the way in the next week or so at Paisley. No chance it?s supporting those bin lickers.
Not sure if the kid will get more disappointment out of life supporting us or Dumbarton. I?ll let it choose I think
