He's in the final 24 yes.
Traore is not in Guinea's final 23.
However Crewe have had two called up by Wales and could see more - one more and they can request the game is postponed.

I see that Doncaster and Walsall’s on-loan goalkeepers have also been called up for the England u-21s, so a few rivals will be impacted as well. Wasn’t Jatta also absent for the game at Crewe? He’ll be a big loss, even with a fit Didzy.

It’s probably only L2 clubs who lose out during international weekend, with most games in L1 being postponed due to call-ups. They may need to rethink it (Jatta is a really key player for us, which isn’t factored in), though hopefully it won’t be an issue soon when we have a team of internationals.
