To renew or not to renew !

    That is the question ?
60/40 against getting another season ticket at the moment. Depends what happens between now and June, can?t honestly see anything changing to make things more exciting ?

The attendance V Leyton Orient last week was 8200 ish. I wasn't there but people I have spoken to who were ,say there was nowhere near that. In fact this seems to be a common theme with ''sell outs'' resulting in loads of empty seats. I guess a season ticket is purely down to personnel circumstances. I would never buy one because I'm not that entrenched into going. Evans really 'pumped up the volume' for season ticket sales last summer with his audacious rhetoric and it worked, especially after the disaster of the season he was appointed in.I fear they may fare not so well this summer.

    Bloody hell,

for the first time since 2011/2012 - when we played in a soullless athletics stadium after losing our old ground following going into administration twice - we're finally going to have a season where we don't win promotion or play in the Championship.

Woah is us. We have it so tough as Rotherham fans.

Just *maybe* the owner who has delivered that period of, relatively speaking, incredible success... just might try and change things in the close season so next season is more exciting?

The negativity and expectation of our fan base is tragic and delusional sometimes. Some don't realise how good we have it and inexplicably think Rotherham is just full of wealthy benefactors lining up to buy the club and throw all their money at bankrolling us to the Premier League if only Tony Stewart would stop standing in their way.

    It's embarrassing.

How many games have you seen this season at the NYS, John 2 ? The standard of football under Evans has been dire, hence the huge number of season ticket holders who will not be renewing. The only thing preventing people continuing is that, because of the ground being so small, finding decent seats "on the day" is nigh impossible. Things will not change until the club has new owners. Tony Stewart has used up all his goodwill.

I personally will be renewing my circs are that I go with my son who is autistic and it’s valuable dad and son time of course he wants us to win but I think the main thing is he’s going with his Dad and going for a beer after(which is greatly needed!) However I fully respect other’s decisions not to go based on what has been dished up this season my place of work has 4 season ticket holders including myself and I am the only one who will be renewing, one is unable to due to medical issues the other 2 have just had enough one of whom says he’s going to see the Titans instead
I don’t know how many season ticket holders we have I think it’s around 6,000 ish if we sell 3,000 we will have done well

Funny old game isn’t it when it comes to loyalty

If it was a restaurant serving up crap food then folks would shop elsewhere, they certainly wouldn’t pay in advance

TT, what you should have said is how many live games in total, home and away, has he seen this season. I would guess it's not that many. If he had attended more, only then would he have any inkling of why us as fans, are so disillusioned with what has been put before us to view as the paying fan this season.

Once a Miller, always a Miller.

    Renewing.

Got to follow through the cr@p (including DVS) to appreciate the good times which may, or may not, return.

Do you personally have to witness it though?
