I love his comments about the brothers.
?They make decisions not impacted by emotion.?
It will be interesting as my experience of Italians is they only know how to live by emotion.
    Welcome to the club.

Hang on a minute...! This can't be true as some were posting ( please step forward) on here that the brothers were losing interest in the club and looking to sell. ! Hence they wouldnt be investing in staff and infrastructure and looking for a quick sale..!! These guys are fo0king awesome and long may they continue to own a steer this club.! Seems like another well thought out appointment with no rash decisions made after the initial departure it's a shame they are looking to ditch the club...!!!x

Yes Welcome, I have been critical recently that we have not seen any replacement for the coaching staff that left and RM position. This would seem a typical controlled recruitment of someone with outstanding knowledge of the European leagues together with working in the UK. It would appear I was totally wrong to doubt the Brothers, this seems a class replacement and someone they trust. Lets hope he is recruiting for League one status come May!!

Was just in built Notts County misery, some find it so hard to be positive on here - hopefully we can all be positive come the end of the season!

These guys know what their doing, their just very pragmatic and patient which unfortunately goes against most of us fans who want instant success/action. That said they shouldn?t have a free pass but most people can see what they?re trying to do.

Their process is pretty simple try and recruit as best as possible, increase off field revenue and have an playing identity which allows to attract players and reduce player turnover when managers change, but obviously they still need to deliver, for themselves if nothing else.

Regarding talking about the owners selling up I have no issue with people thinking that or at the very least considering it could be a possibility.

In reality they?ve been absolutely awesome but that doesn?t mean they are beyond speculation.

A lot of money made in the transfer market, reinvested in ?business revenue? areas of the club makes any purchase much more attractive to potential buyers or even investors.

In some respects it would be odd if people didn?t raise the odd question.
