OT State of Emergency in Birmingham

In our second largest city, there have been no bins collected for seven weeks. This is outrageous with rubbish mounting up on street pavements.Rats and other vermin are rampant and with a risk of major health problems this should be sorted out immediately. If they cannot agree to get things back to normal,Starmer should bring the army in to clear this mess.To cap it all they are being charged way above increases on their council tax coming in to force this month.

The council went bankrupt didn't they? Also Starmer can't send in the army they are lined up to fight for another country in Ukraine.

A little closer to home, it took Barnsley Council 6 weeks and 5 days to empty one of my bins earlier this year. There are a few local authorities that are a bit of a shambles.

Been talking to a mate of mine who works in Brum.He says a workmate told him his next door's neighbour had to rush his little six year old in to hospital after being bit by a rat while out playing. He says during this warm spell the stench is terrible. What the hell is going on,have we got to wait for a pandemic?
