The goals we conceded yesterday.

The first two was an unmarked Derby player inside our 6 yard box.

The final one summed up our season. 2-1 down with 5 minutes to go, we win a free kick a few yards short of the halfway line, I was waiting for Bartley and Heggem to go forward and for Griffiths to launch the ball towards them in the box. Instead, Bartley played it short, Diangana lost the ball and a few seconds later we concede. Its some of the worst decision making I've ever seen. Our players are mentally shot, and I don't know what the reason is - but they are.

I should also add this, I've always defended Bartley and thought he was a solid defender to have at this level. I think his performances lately have been awful. He was half hearted for both their 2nd and 3rd goals, and smacked to me like a player who knew he had done enough to secure another contract. He has to be a bit part player next season, and Taylor has to replace him. This is a must.

And we have to have a manager who puts his trust and faith in our younger players. Our bright spots yesterday were the younger players, who are being let down by the senior players. We have to build the team around Griffiths, Taylor, Heggem, Price, Fellows (if he's still here), Bany and Maja/Dike.

We have to get rid of the older guard or remove them from playing as much, Diangana, Grant, Ajayi, Wallace, Swift, Furlong, Bartley. They have all let us down just too many times.
