The negativity on the board is getting to me a bit.
Observerpie's poll - Promotion or not. What's the point!
Fortunately, the 30 people who represent this 87% saying no, are only a fraction of the 5,000 views.
The mind set has to be positive from the fans. Any griping about what's gone before in the season is completely irrelevant.
My advice to all gloomsters is shut it until after the season is over.
Last time I checked, this is was a message board for expressing opinions. If you do not agree with the majority, I am afraid that is just tough!
Nobody is forcing you to come on here and read the posts, ThaiPie.

Errr, that's what I did, expressed my opinion. 😂
Well my gloom set in with my new Notts County 2025 calendar:
January - Crowley - already gone
February - McGoldrick - out injured, didn't feature
March - Sam Austin - ditto
April - Scott
May - Palmer -had been out, finally featured in the month of the calendar and we wimpishly lost at home
Edit: These stats are for the last 10 games Home and Away not just home
16th in the league form over the last 10 games:
LdWWLLDLWL - 30 points available, 3 THREE wins, 11 points

Last 6 home games:
LdWLLL
Auto-promotion let slip, no momentum going into play-offs. The only bright side is that to get play-off promotion two of the games will NOT be at home.

My advice to you is not to read football message boards, because basically they're places where people ask questions and give opinions.
In the promotion poll thread I said I don't think we'll get promotion and we're not ready for League One yet, but that doesn't make me a 'gloomster'. I also acknowledged that we have significantly improved our position this season, but being realistic we're not at the stage where we're ready for the next step yet, similar to the way we have a couple of play-off failures before we finally became ready and got promoted from the National League. That's my realistic opinion and I wouldn't mind being wrong, but I'm not going to "shut it" just because hearing other views apparently gets to you.
If you're not a Gloomster, then my comments are not aimed at you. Simple as that.
