I tried earlier. Firstly I was told my browser was temporarily paused. Then, when I got to the renewal page, I was told it would cost me ?270 to renew, even though it should clearly be ?242. I gave up and will do it over the phone at some point.

That kind of glitchy process would’ve made me give up too. Probably best to just call them directly and sort it, less hassle than wrestling with a broken website. Hope they sort it quickly and give you the right price too

Not renewed? but got my first ever season ticket, plus 2 for the kids. No issues with the site and ordering.

This implies something I noticed.
My user account on the ticketing website had a notification saying I could renew, I went through that and saw my exact seats with the price I was expecting to pay.
I checked the season ticket link on the ticketing website and was taken through to the stadium view where I could purchase new tickets, but not renew my own.

Just renewed mine, perfectly straightforward in no time at all.
