    Ipswich

What goes around comes around, two of our players, Muric and O'Shea fancied life in the Prem and signed for Ipswich. One of our transfer targets, Jack Clarke, also preferred life in the Prem with Ipswich to staying at Sunderland or signing for us. While us and Sunderland are promoted, Ipswich take those three down with them, back to where they came from. You can't blame the players, why would they not want to play PL football, but it is a funny old game, always likely to bite you on the bum.

On the other hand, Liam Delap won't be returning to the Championship, I was hoping he might be a possibility for us, but it seems like half the Premier League are after him, we have no chance.

I can see O'Shea jumping ship again but imagine only Leeds or Sunderland would be in for him. Muric has had it at EPL level.
