I'm Surprised they've not already chimed in.

My guess is that they chose an extra couple of Special Brews rather than the ?5 top up.

Will be along before too long.

I'm not one of the 'good for the North East' folk.

    Fuck them.

They'll be too busy trying to organise a promotion victory bus parade around the SoS.

    Firstly, fully agreed.

Secondly, they have had their day, next season will be one of misery most weeks unless they massively invest.

Looking forward to seeing the Modern Day Anton Ferdinand (Jobe Bellingham) look like a fish out of water next season, and Sunderland setting records:

    Lowest points
    Worst GD
    Soonest ever confirmed as relegated

Never been a fan of play off?s, imagine the uproar of the relegation from the Prem if it was based on play-offs? 18th, 17th, 16th and 15th having to battle it out? would never happen and basically an excuse for the FA to make money at Wembley.

I've enjoyed the silence but know there'll be outbursts of pent up bitterness incoming.

Fact is they will be down again by this time next year.

Jobe is off to Dortmund according to bunch of them.

If that is the case - even more knackered.

Theyve still got that player we were all fuming that they signed. Whats his name again? Le Penn or something.

Aye ?19 million from Roma the chronicle said.

That'll take a hefty chunk from their survival money and in any of the highlights I've seen of him, he hasn't looked like a striker that would keep you up in prem.
