    Israel - Proposed Ban

Don?t agree with any proposed ban on Israel in Sport or Eurovision. Whatever the thoughts on Gaza the barbaric terrorists Hamas are still in control and hold hostages. Genocide is rife in places like Sudan and Burma but nobody bats an eyelid.

How can Israel be banned from say football when Russian and Belarusian tennis players are now competing at Wimbledon and other major tournaments? Makes no sense and Russia are still bombing civilians!

Is there a set number of people you need to kill to get the UK permanently banned from entering Eurovision? Asking on behalf of all people with taste and self respect. Cheers in advance 😎.

You can?t say Lulu and Sandie Shaw weren?t decent Danny 😂. What about Abba from Sweden - that blonde was decent 😂

Those were the days Al. Long gone now. Thank you for the days etc. Not a trans ex ual pronoun between them though, probably wouldn't get past the auditions now never mind enter the competition proper.

Just need a lamp shade on your head, a string of Christmas lights from your ankles to your bum hole, plastic high heel platform boots, hairy armpits and a beard. So that's you sorted 😀.

Good one Danny and agree mate. Those were the days with Sandie Shaw singing puppet on a string and Lulu with her downtown. The world?s gone barking mad now!

Went into the Halifax yesterday and the very nice young assistant had a badge on with her/they. I asked for her first name as I said I objected to her badge and she thought I was being over familiar. As if!

That?s the one from Lulu at the Eurovision - Boom Bang a Bang. Mowatt and Wallace need a bit of a Boom Bang a Bang to make them run rather than canter 😂

😂 As the saying goes, many a true word said in jest 68!

Personally, I will defend the right of someone like Sam Smith to wear whatever outrageous outfit he wants but simultaneously reserve the right to make an aesthetic judgement and say he looks like a t w at wearing it.

Similarly I have no issue with anyone's ***uality and no problem with calling.a trans individual living as a woman or man by their new preferred name but I categorically refuse to call anyone by a b loody pro-noun. Complete self-entitled b ollox.

Getting back on track with the original post, no, I do not believe that banning countries from international sporting or musical events over their political/ cultural leanings is ultimately either helpful or has much impact.

Everyone to their own Omeg as worked with mainly gay people in travel and all sorts but never a problem. I do totally object though to a trans ie born male playing in girls sports as totally unfair.

Lots of very good physiological reasons why the last should not happen Al. Unless it's an "open" event, surely all competitive sports should begin with the premise that "unfair" advantages should preclude participation. It's been proven that, once past puberty, a male transitioning to a female still carries over certain physical advantages such as greater lung capacity and muscle mass.
