TS deep down, knows that he would not be able to sustain progress.This young squad is improving and could well get in the playoffs,so it would be the best time to look for a more wealthy buyer. American interest may be attracted to the New York Stadium.

I don't see how one naturally leads to the other.

Unless there's a prospective buyer who is younger, fully committed to preserving the club over the long term, and can meet the asking price being set by a man not widely known to be actively selling the club, then I'm unsure what's being asked.
