Would love to get them all gone but it just isn't gonna happen, at least not all at once. Plus do any of us really have the confidence in the recruitment team to find us improvements we need, especially with how they're performed this season.
Agree, I’ve said it before although there have been some absolutely outstanding recruitment imo 75% of it has been bad, too many ‘Lucky Dips, hoping they will come good. I was thinking earlier about the posts earlier in the year about the disbandment of the recruitment team due to redundancies and if there really is any truth in it. I think the brothers have seriously underestimated League 2, if we didn’t have as many points on the board now I would be seriously worried about avoiding relegation.

Maybe not if you take the 147 previous games for Wealdstone into account, where he had a 30% win rate. And that's in a league where we got more than 100 points. I am not seeing the logic of his appointment, which, incidentally, was not made by the bros but our other director, Richard Montague of Football Radar. Like his selection of Morias, his judgement is not infallible.
Not really. He had a part time team way above its natural level and adopted a style of play we play. It's a logical appointment. allbeit under whelming yes. To question him after 3 games is ludicrous though. Just give him some time and see how he gets on. Not a good start granted but far far too early to judge.
