    Warnock at Wigan?

Why the hell would we give the job to an untried manager?
Christ on a bike. Ask Notts what that feels like.

They call it «Fit and proper person test» and it is the security term of english football, in order to check carefully every businessman who wants to "control" or buy a football club of the country.

In a few words, it is a safety check by an independent authority of experts, which will make the final decision if the candidate has the required abilities (legal, financial or even medical) to own a team from the English Championship or Premier League (their standards for the 1st division are much more harsh and the safety check even more careful).

The results of that test was the final obstacle before Nottingham Forest's takeover from Vangelis Marinakis and according to SDNA's information from England their decision was in favor of the Greek businessman. That means that they gave him the "green light" to complete the deal and become the major shareholder of Nottingham Forest.

Our sources from England were mentioning that only some... formalities are remaining before the official announcement of the deal, about some last details before the signings and the final transfer of the stock share, while reliable people told us that they are expecting some official announcements very soon.

Not only about the new administrative status, but also about the new manager (one of the Spaniards Michel, Victor Sanchez or Julen Lopetegui) and the first transfers, one of which will be most likely that of Iraklis' striker Apostolos Vellios.

The current owner and chairman, Fawaz Al-Hasawi, will continue being a member of club's shareholders, of course with a smaller percentage and always by the side of the new administration, in a business agreement of high investment risk from the side of the Greek shipping owner (Nottingham Forest's balance sheets are negative during the last 10 years in a row, while team's debts are almost 70 million pounds), which is however considered by the experts to be a... bargain.

They claim that because of the reasonable money fee spent for the buying of the stock share's majority, the strong brand name of the club (they have won two European Cups in late '70s) and the possibility of securing promotion to Premier League, something which can financially strengthen the club impressively, with more than 200 million euros estimated amount of income in case of that success.
