O/T. The EU vote 15 people polled. Guess what?

Yesterday and today I asked 15 people I know how they intend to vote. Interestingly, every one of them has or is intending to vote out. If the remain vote wins I will be wondering if there is any funny business going on.

In fact over the past few weeks I have only met one person that wants to remain in the EU. The people I asked vary from blue to white coat workers across age ranges from 24 to 82 so it is quite a varied selection of voters.

    The result will be interesting.

I think there is a big divide between London / Southeast and the North so your poll might be a tad biased of general opinion! it will be fascinating to see the demographics of the vote (if ever released) as I believe it will reinforce the "this divided nation" debate.

I use facebook (for business purposes, I don't get it for socialising), it's been consistently running at 90% out

I think that probably tells us a lot about facebook users and probably not very much about the likely outcome of the referendum!! But who knows?

You may well be right. My wife lives in Derby but works 50% in Scotland and never met ONE person in her business in favour of independence around that time....

I've lived in Derby all my life and I was in favour of Scottish Independence (and re-building the wall and deporting all the buggers back up there....)

No idea which way you'll vote OTR but if you're a 'Brexiteer' and you ask your acquaintances then there's a real possibility that you'll only be asking like minded people.
Similarly, if I asked fif**** of my acquaintances then there would be an almost unanimous vote for 'Remain'.
Just a thought...anyway don't tell the Angry one you've brought any of this 'political ****e' onto the forum...apparently we're only allowed to talk about football.

Its well known that old gits are more likely to be in favour of OUT.
