O/T Hermes delivery service

Do anybody use these or work there? Won't surprise me if they go out of business.

Absolutely terrible service from them and I won't be using them again.

Tracking suddenly stops half way through and you never get your delivery when stated (paid next day on some)
E-mail them for them to say it's being looked into but you still don't get your parcel.

What do they do with the (I suspect millions) parcels that they don't deliver?

Yes they're rubbish, the drivers only have a very short amount of time to deliver so they don't hang around.

Not a good company to work for.
